1 9 inch pie crust
1 cup shredded chedder cheese
6 slices of crumbled bacon (or more if you want)
1 cup chopped ham
2 green onions
1/2 green pepper
5 eggs, beaten
1 cup half and half or milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Arrange cheese, bacon and ham in bottom of uncooked pie crust, sprinkle with green pepper and onion. Combine eggs and milk, lemmon pepper and mustard. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
NOTE: Quiche is a staple meal at our home and everyone, even the picky eaters are pleased to hear we are eating quiche. Here are the versions we love: I always add zuchinni to the recipe above. Often I forget to add the lemon pepper and dry mustard because I forget to look at the recipe. Thanks Jane for sharing your recipe.
