Her hair is finally long enough for pig tails again! Happy day.
Her favorite pajamas that Gus made for her. Daddy's boots that he wore when he was a little boy. All of the children have worn them, makes me happy.
One morning while I was dusting the Christus statue Loaf began to frantically yell, "Jesus' naked! Jesus' Naked!" You would think she was used to seeing a little bit of skin as her brothers tend to run around the house naked, sorry for anyone who has witnessed these acts of streaking.
One day while we were watching a movie the main character was crying to which Loaf said, "she sad mom?"
"Yes Loaf, she is sad."
Loaf: "Does she need a blankie?" She immediately held up the blanket she was cuddling with. A blankie makes everything better.
Loaf wanted to be in the thick of things during this photo shoot of Arnold and Spencer. She certainly knows how to be delightful in front of the camera.
Everyday she surprises me with new words and phrases. She fills our home with laughter, drama, and new adventures. Summer for Loaf has been filled with siblings coming and going, but mostly it's been filled with extra snuggling, dancing, singing, and watching her grow quickly before our eyes.
