I don't have any idea why he decided to pull the plastic step attachments (for the workout step bench) on, but he did and was stuck. I know I should have helped, but I grabbed the camera instead (I'm a such a good mother).
He was stuck in a tight place, doesn't look to worried though. Everyone offered their assistance and a few laughs as they tried to extract him.
A few tears were shed after this attempt, apparently a few ribs were "broken" by all the wailing that occurred after. I happy to report that no injury actually occurred.
In the end, I put the camera away, twisted the steps diagonally so they could fit over his shoulders and all was well. At least for the moment, until another tragedy befalls the household.

That is so cute. Don't you love the trouble kids find? I love how you capture so many of these kinds of moments with your camera. I also just clicked on a link to a post that talked about Home A and Home B. I had no idea you guys bought your parents home! As I looked at your pictures, I kept thinking to myself that you must have built a home just like your parent's home because they looked so similar. Well now I know it's the same house! We never had a permanent home growing up since we moved so much so the few permanent homes of the people we knew who we visited in the summer time always felt a little like that home we never had. That's a great house.
