The seeds grew, my closet regained its former glory, the grow boxes were built and filled (she had help with this step), and the fruits of Gus' labors are being enjoyed almost daily at this point.
I can't wait until the tomatoes start producing. I marvel at Gus' dedication and interest in gardening. She is determined, knowledgeable, and truly happy to be outside getting her hands dirty while making things grow. It makes me smile everyday to see her working. It's something she and John have been able to share. They are like magnets because the other children always want to help or at least follow them around.
Little miss likes to get into trouble.
Of course she is never alone in her mischievousness, neither one is helpful when they are outside. They do however have a great deal of fun.
Getting in was fairly easy, getting out needed some help from an older brother. Tank adores Loaf and she knows it. She might even abuse his love and adoration, although if Tank does it freely is it abuse?

I adore gardening...its the weeding I hate! :)
Your garden looks so yummy. Enjoy the fruits of their labor!

Wow, great pics of your garden. I have planted some cherry tomatoes last month and they will start producing tomatoes soon as there are already tiny green tomatoes forming in place of the flowers. It is such a rewarding hobby, both planting fruit and vegetables and also planting flowers in your garden. However, as you rightfully said, dedication is the key to success in this hobby. Such beautiful pictures of your children sharing in the gardening chores in their special way, sort of xD. Keep up the great work in photography and gardening, I am sure it will be very rewarding.
